All external clients reserving space are required to execute the License Agreement as part of the reservation process. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing use of the facility, including reservation and payment requirements, deposits, insurance obligations, staffing and security requirements, approved vendors and catering services, alcohol service, event decorations, accessibility accommodations, parking, and event safety procedures. The agreement also addresses publicity and promotional materials, use of the Georgia Tech name and trademarks, merchandise sales, commercial filming, event cancellations, and compliance with applicable Student and Campus Event Centers policies and procedures.
