All external clients reserving space for a campus activation, promotional event, or other approved activity are required to execute the Activation Agreement as part of the reservation process. This agreement establishes the terms, responsibilities, and requirements associated with hosting an activation on Georgia Tech's campus, including reservation and payment requirements, deposits, insurance obligations, staffing and operational support, approved vendors, food distribution, vehicles, signage, giveaways, filming, and other activation-related elements. The agreement also addresses safety requirements, accessibility accommodations, security, parking, alcohol, tobacco, and compliance with applicable Georgia Tech policies and procedures.
